Yes. Core controls, scenes, schedules and supported device communication continue locally inside the property. Internet-dependent third-party services may be unavailable until connectivity returns.
Can an existing home be automated?
Yes. We assess the existing wiring, network coverage, installed equipment and the least disruptive integration path. New construction offers more wired options, but thoughtful retrofits are possible.
Can existing lighting, AC, cameras or locks be retained?
Often, yes, when the installed equipment exposes a reliable supported interface. We verify the exact model and firmware rather than promising compatibility from a brand name alone.
How is the investment determined?
Investment depends on rooms, circuits, interfaces, controlled systems, product choices and support scope. The first consultation establishes a useful range; the design proposal then makes equipment, services and exclusions explicit.
